Refund policy

1. Items sold once online can't be returned or exchanged. Payment once processed can't be refunded in any case. 

2. You can check for size queries before placing an order. We don't offer exchange policy for online orders. 

Damages and issues
If the item/items are damaged during shipping, we'll either send you an exchanged product or issue a cash credit note of the amount you've paid(depending upon availability of items). For that you must write to us at returns@raveeshbags.com within 7 days of delivery with detailed photographs of items received. You can redeem cash credit on your online/offline orders anytime in future. Items returned without prior exchange/refund request to us won't be entertained in any way. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
